Does anyone know if the Pocket AVR Programmer from spark fun will work with the attiny261?

It says they think it will work, but they aren’t sure, or haven’t checked. Anyone actually do this themselves?
Are there better in system programmers (that are just as cheap)?
Thanks
The AVRISP mkII will program that device, but is more expensive ($34).

I had looked at that MKII, but it looks like it doesn’t have the ability to provide power to the board. So, it seems it costs more than the Pocket AVR programmer, and has less features. Of course that extra feature is useless if the pocket avr doesn’t support the attiny261. Anyone know if it does?
