This is a new facet unit. I would have just sent it back but my worker already siliconed the seal and other things we do for extra water protection. The power / setup button does not work. the button behind on the board works and the unit seems to operate fine while using this. whats the procedure to get a new power / setup button.? Thanks

If you want us to try and fix it, feel free to start an RMA. The silicone may prevent us from repairing it but I’m happy to take a look if you’d like.
Also, there is a system setting to disable the Setup Button. Be sure this is set to ‘Enabled’. Do a system factory reset if in doubt (https://docs.sparkfun.com/SparkFun_RTK_ … tory-reset).
