A couple of months ago I bought two GPS-RTK2 ZED-F9P modules, for a week I have been able to sit down to work with them. I connected one of the modules to my computer by means of a USB-C cable and I was able to work without problems with the u-center program. yesterday when connecting I noticed that something strange was happening the green-yellow light of the rtk led did not turn on (before it constantly did) and without having the antenna the pps led blinked, I can no longer connect to u-center and the device appears with the error (this device cannot start (code 10)) although it still appears as a COM port (u-blox GNSS Receiver). What I can do?
Hi Jfelipe7,
The Windows “Code 10” error usually points to a driver conflict but because it is such a generic error, it’s hard to troubleshoot remotely. It can either be a hardware or software problem so to start, does the other ZED-F9P work on your computer? If the other ZED-F9P works, it might be something either with the module’s settings or possibly the hardware.
If the other ZED-F9P does not work, it’s most likely a driver issue. To try and troubleshoot the driver issue (and assuming you have not tried already) restart your computer and attempt to update the driver for the ZED-F9P. You could also try uninstalling the device and letting Windows reinstall the driver and that might fix the problem. Another common cause for the “Code 10” error is your Windows OS may be out of date. Make sure you have the latest Windows Update installed.
hello, you already solve it
I had to use an FT232 adapter and when finding the serial port enter u-center and reset the module and again it started to work correctly
