PTH prototype area

Hi

I’m looking at getting a couple of boards made using BatchPCB service. I am hoping to add some PTH prototype areas and have been told that they can cause the PCB to warp. As single hobbyist boards it doesn’t matter to much but can anybody give me a few pointer to minimise this, and or any other warping issues.

I’ve never had any problems with them causing warping, on double-sided boards I’ve had made or on home-made single-sided PCBs.
