hi’ can you help me… my project is Pulse Monitoring with Alert System, this measures heartbeat, calories intake, steps taken and level of stressed… in heartbeat, i will use pulse sensor…but i don’t know what sensor to be used in measuring calories, steps taken and level of stressed… thanks for response…

I don’t know about that solution. It does have a reported history of amplifying those kind of readings.
Seems like OP needs to do some research on his project… Find out how other people measure calories and stress.
