QWIIC LED Stick

Hello,

I am receiving this below error when I upload my QWIIC Led Stick. Could you help me what this means. How can I solve this? Thank you

option enabled in File → Preferences.

This means the IDE is not able to connect to your Uno. Make sure you have the correct COM port for your board selected in the IDE.
