I want to use XBee to wirelessly connect up to 1 units of 9 Degrees of Freedom - Razor IMU - AHRS compatible (sku: SEN-09623) to a PC. There is no manual on site to tell me how to do this.
What components should be used ?
Should I use 1 Xbee receiver on the PC for each Razor, or just 1 Xbee receiver for all 21 Razors ?

What is the total data rate (bits per second from each Razor) required?
There are two different XBee hardware models that can have two different protocols each. You really need to define your requirements and do some reading about XBees. The Manuals are available online so read these also.
If the data rate is not too high (or too often) then you could use one XBee, in API mode, at the PC to receive data from each Razor. The API packets will contain the address of the sending XBee so that a program on the PC can determine which Razor the data is from.
