Reset ZED-F9

My 4-5 yr old F9 seems to have lost it’s way. It powers up but I can’t get any data in my app or using Ucenter, so I think I need to reset it. I found this on Github

https://github.com/sparkfun/SparkFun_Ub … Serial.ino

I have it hooked up to a nano and I get an error message on all lines with “Serial1.begin” that it hasn’t been declared in this scope.

Any Ideas?

Never mind… I just read the part about software serial.

Hi,

You can always use u-center to reset it back to the defaults:

Open Messages View and navigate to UBX-CFG-CFG. Select “Revert to default configuration” and click “Send”. Then “Save current configuration” and “Send”.

Best wishes,

Paul

Thanks I gave that a try and no go. The board cycles on the briefly off the on then off. The reset from the Github mentioned above at least got it cycling. It never did get to the last case statement so didn’t completely reset it.

Any other suggestions?

Ublox has some instuctions but they aren’t very complete. (my opinion anyway)
