RFiD reader more than 1 tag

Does anyone know of an RFiD module that is capable of detecting more than one tag at a time? For example if i was to put the reader in a box and chuck a handfull of tags into the box, it would detect the tags that were place in there?

Alternativly can anyone suggest any other hardware that would achieve the same goal?

Ian,

With most passive FDX RFID tags, only the “strongest” tags will be read. With HDX tags, you would likely not read any of the tags. Can you slide the tags down a chute into the box and read them individually?
