RGB 24 bit interface for ELB-REV4

Hello guys,

I am looking for a RGB 24 bit interface for ELB-REV4 device

with minimum 320 x 240 px resolution

so my question is
is there any LCD with sparkfun that support RGB 24 bit and minimum resolution of 320 x 240 px.
also i want to know why most people use RGB 24 bit interface as compared to SPI or any other interface for LCD connectivity
