I couldn’t find any more information on this problem. This module’s network name is “Wifly-GSX-##”. Anyway, I’ve tried to change the DeviceId id, and save it of course, however it doesn’t seem to take any effect. The network name is still the same. Is there any way to do it without too much hacking?
If you would take the time to describe exactly how you tried to change the network name, and what actually happened, then perhaps you’ll get some helpful advice. Be sure to state which version of the firmware you have (and upgrade it if not current).
Oh right, ad hoc mode overrides stored settings. Sorry for troubling y’all.
