RTK Express Failed. (I2C BUS NOT RESPONDING)

After logging Data for about 1 hour, coming to the base, screen was froze. Powered off the unit.

At my home, when i tried to download .uxb to post process unit started acting. Pictures attached. At this point, when i connect it to my computer in the config esp 32 type c port USB -serial CH340 appears for a few seconds then it goes away .Same if i connect it in the config ublox tye c port, a com serial appears with a number for some seconds, and goes away.

That’s a bad hardware failure! Sorry for the failure. Please ship it back to us and we’ll get it fixed and returned to you immediately. https://www.sparkfun.com/returns will get you an RMA.

I did filled the RMA. I’m just waiting for the return label that John Trepke said is going to arrive at my email. As soon as I get it , I’ll ship it.
