SAM7 Speed & SPI Questions

I would really appreciate some quick feedback on what may be a couple of simple questions for someone familiar with the SAM7:

  1. Is it correct that the execution of the SAM7 core is limited to 30 MHz because that is the FLASH speed? Other ARMS do an interleaving to avoid that issue, but it appears the SAM7 does not.

  2. What is the maximum speed the SPI can operate in slave mode?
