SAMD21 pro RF design - exposed pad

Hi,

I note from the design that as routes run under the CPU the part SAMD21 part should have no exposed pad.

I searched quite a bit for that part - but seem to always find that the QFN-48 parts have an exposed pad by default. The datasheet does not seem to mention a no-exposed-pad option?
