I am looking for a way to scan a fixed surface area circa 1000mm x 600mm from a height of only 250mm.
Do I use lidor or infrared or sonar or optical or some other sensor technology?
Is a single module possible or is an array required with such a short focal gap?
Perhaps there is some video capture green-screen option to render a simple silhouette image of the 1000x600mm plane?
I’m hoping to use a Raspberry Pi or Arduino controller but am really open to any advice.
