serial 7 (4 digital) segment display

Hi, could someone point me towards examples for the serial 7 (4 digital) segment display ?

The UK site I found searching support was referencing BYTE in some parameters and arduino.cc was mostly about lcd’s

UNO latest IDE 1.0 <SoftwareSerial.h>

Using commands like this for reset mySerial.print(“v”);
