software arduino.exe problem don't want run (arduino22)

when a click on arduino.exe the image arduino Blue Green appear and after 2 second it disappear and the windows for programming don’t appear. i don’t understand why.

i use arduino22 since 6 month and i have stop my projet during 3 month and this weekend i return and impossible to run the software arduino.

i have windows 7 64 since 1 year and before i have never problem to creat my project with or open the software.

if any poeple have an idea i take.

Try running from the command line and see if there are any errors? You can always try downloading and reinstalling.

i have reinstal 5 arduino’s version i have everytime the same problem i suppose the problem come to my pc like a processus don’t let arduino run but i am not sure that’s come to my pc.

i don’t understant how do you do to running from the command line? are you speaking that windows invit command?

think for your answer because i can advance in my processus to resolve my problem

Run from the command line:

From Start menu, select Run

Type CMD in the text box and hit return

At the CMD shell prompt, cd to the location of Arduino exe (typically \program files\arduino\arduino-0022)

Watch what text output is generated, errors, etc., copy and paste here.
