I’d really like some SOIC (or any other easy to solder by hand format) AVRs.

I would LOVE to see more AVRs. Atmel have introduced new USB AVRs that I can’t wait to the get to distros. Atmel has an eval. board for these USB AVRs and it is $30!!! Awsome!!! App. NOtes on creating a HID mouse and keyboard.
I’ll throw my vote in for more AVR stuff.
Amen! Eval boards with pluggable headers (SIP headers), rather than pin headers would also be nice.
