Soldering 0.05" pitch connector

Hello,

I need to include a component of this family in a simple PCB design:

Row spacing is .1"/2,54 mm but pin pitch is only 0.05"/1,27mm. Do you think these can be soldered by hand? (I mean, by someone with soldering skills.)

There’s also a surface mount variant but I think assembly price would be a bit high for just 25 or 30 boards, each having just two header connectors.
