The Soldering Iron - 60W (Adjustable Temperature) won’t hold tin or get hot at tip. It was purchased new as gift with a few other tools that actually work… and I’m not sure what to do. Can you please help?

However, if it’s not getting hot at the tip then there could be a physical issue with the product. I would first suggest trying to clean it, then if that doesn’t work you can file a support ticket at https://sparkfun.com/support
