something is moving...

Ok, now I’m transmitting “something”, i.e. every time I transmit on one side, the other one receives rubbish. Synchronized rubbish.

To achieve this BIG result, I removed Checksum completely.

Am leaving these notes in the hope that someone may find them useful in the future… !

Are you using Shockburst mode or direct mode?

shockburst (I think I wrote it in the other thread).

Have you tried the Sparkfun code to see if your hardware is set up correctly?

Well, unfortunately I could not: I put RF24 into a USB-enabled board of mine and added code borrowed from Sparkfun. I got the Config almost immediately up and running, yet there was no transmission going on.

I checked and checked my code, and looked for info elsewhere, and almost rewrote the code from scratch, insert delays here and there… and when I read some posts here around dealing with “critical timings” I got depressed.

I’ll keep on doing some tests tomorrow.

If you come to see some other common issue, let me know!

Thanks.
