I’m in the process of designing a project aimed at interfacing a PIC microcontroller to a NAND Flash chip, using the [beta NAND Flash I/O library, only I can’t seem to find anywhere that actually sells the chips in the capacity I’m looking for (32Gbit/4Gbyte). The largest I can find at DigiKey/Mouser/Avnet/etc. is 8Gbit, and anything larger is only available in bulk orders of 1,000 or more. Does anybody know of a place where I can actually buy 32Gbit NAND Flash in quantities of 5 or 10? Barring that, I suppose I could just go to the store and buy a handful of cheap 4GB flash drives and tear them apart, but I’d be rolling the dice on whether or not I could get my hands on a datasheet for the chip in them…](http://www.microchip.com/forums/m377988.aspx)
