Looking at the drawing 07005 for part 16763 it contains 8 subparts.
If I wish to buy the 16763 how do I know which variant of the 8 sub parts is the relevant one for 16763?
Looking at Digikey I have identified the part at Digikey as the Series 0198 with H=16 and A=7,3
But in reality I would like to buy 16763 with Series 0198 H=16 and A=2
Can this part be supplied by Sparkfun and how to fully define what I am looking for since I get the impression that they will have the same part number?!?!
So, that intuition is backwards…they’d be different part numbers that share a datasheet (instead of the manufacturer making 8 different datasheets they just list all 8 part #'s on one)
No, we can’t supply some, but Digi-key and mouser are the best places to look for stuff like that 
To add to the explanation above, each of the eight sub-parts has its own distinct ordering code even though they share a single datasheet, so the part you want will not carry the same number as the one you found. When you search Digi-Key or Mouser, use the A dimension as the key filter and verify the suffix in the part number matches. If SparkFun only stocks the 7.3 variant, the H=16 and A=2 version will need to come from those distributors directly rather than through SparkFun.
