sparkfuns eagle libraries can I convert them to kicad?

I seen on the eagle website eagle2kicad and sparkfuns arduino pro board with the 5v supply running at 16mhz that does not fallow the schematic it looks like the 3v one uses some neat switches and surface mount parts.

I use kicad because it has a lot of awsome features that eagle does not with less restrictions.

So as the foundation of the pceeg project I would like to make a arduino clone using kicad.

Then add on to it optical isolation for signals and DC isolation to isolate the project from the computer and make a EEG.

So to help others I would like permition to convert the libraries to kicad and give the results back to sparkfun to post.
