I’m curious, what are those star ratings next to user comments on product pages? There’s a light star and a dark star, usually with something like +0.50 next to each. I can’t find any clue as to what those mean…
In a nutshell, the dark star is the rating on the comment (based on all users rating it up or down) and the light star is the customer’s overall rank, an amalgam of all of their comment ranks as well as some order history, time as a SparkFun customer, and some other random junk.
