For which constellations (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU) did you collect RTK points?
I’m not at my work computer, so I don’t have access to the metadata at the moment.
But I’m fairly confident those particular results are from the SparkFun Torch (UM980) with a good bit of tweaking in the configuration.
I do not turn off any constellations, but I do keep SBAS off for all devices I test or use.
The PostCard (LG290P) can get even tighter with a good antenna (because of the antenna) 
The Same is true for your F9P, in my experience.
I’ve been equally impressed with all (3) chipsets. Each one has it’s individual quirks, but all 3 are fabulous when tweaked and paired with a great correction source.
