Suspected faulty VL53L5CX Mini (SEN-19013): no I²C response at 0x29

One unit works immediately at 0x29 on Raspberry Pi 4B (Debian 12); the second, on the same soldered harness, never ACKs.

Evidence:

Good unit: i2cdetect -y 1 shows 0x29; library init succeeds.

Suspect unit: i2cdetect -y 1 shows nothing at 0x29.

Voltages on suspect unit: 3V3=3.3 V, LPn=3.3 V, I2C_RST=0 V.

SDA/SCL continuity verified Pi↔pad; no short between SDA/SCL.

raspi-gpio get 2/3: lines idle HIGH with board connected.

I2C_RST pulsed HIGH (1 s) → no change.

Red power LED lit.
