So it looks like Teensy 3.0 is a 3.3v device so my question is then would it require the WIZ812 Adaptor Kit or can WIZ812 Ethernet Module plug-in directly, provided of course the gender of the headers matches physically?

All that WIZ812 Adaptor Kit does is drop the 5v to 3.3v and then route the pins to the WIZ812 Ethernet Module so I figure one should be able to plug it into the Teensy 3.0 directly?

I think the connections shown at the bottom of the page look pretty simple and all are 3.3V.

Agreed; the problem I see is that WIZ812 shows all other PINs as GND (assuming they are hard wired to GND on the WIZ812 PCB) which, if true, would render all corresponding PINs on the Teensy unusable for any other purpose since they would be sunk by the WIZ812 to GND.
I was hoping that’s not the case and it may very well be so but let’s hear from someone on the Teensy side of the house to confirm?
