Teensy 3.2 / Xbee Series 3 communication issue

Dear Sparkfun Support TEAM and community,

I am opening this post to ask support about some communication problem I am encountering while creating connection between SENDER [Teensy 3.2/Teensy Xbee Adapter with Xbee Series 3 PCB Antenna] and RECEIVER [Xbee Explorer USB with a second Xbee Series 3]. I am trying to send data from the Teensy connected to the Xbee adapter to the Sparkfun Xbee Exporer USB using the XCTU application, but without success so far. I am interested in building a wearable musical instrument for live performance using this technology. I would really appreciate if you could find the time to walk together through this. Thanks a lot in advance.

Can you confirm that Xbee’s have been configured for correct communication? https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/ex … troduction

Can you confirm if you made the appropriate mods for the adapter board?https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/te … e-assembly

I would also try to probe the TX/RX lines to ensure that data is being sent from the Teensy to the Xbee
