Triad Spectroscopy Sensor AS7265x and Plotting a real time Spectrum

Hello,

I recently got the spectroscopy sensor and I am trying to plot, in real time, the spectrum (intensity versus wavelength).

Is that possible? If so, how? The serial plotter does not achieve that result and has time as the horizontal axis…

Since the sensor measures light intensity in individually defined bands, the X axis is not continuously defined, and is limited to a few approximate values.
