Tsunami Super Wave board GND and AGND question

Are the pins in the GND row connected to each other on the PCB? Same question for the row AGND.

For example, I plan to panel mount 8 RCA female connectors in a box for the outputs . I’d Solder all the grounds together and have 1 cable going to the AGND on the Tsunami. Would that work?
