Ulink2 & STM32F103RET6 First Program

Hi,

I have developed and printed out my PCB, the MCU is STM32F103RET6.

I can program my Olimex H103 board with Ulink without a problem.

But my new PCB giving an error with ulink2;

“Error flash download failed - Target DLL has been cancelled”

And the output window;

Load “D:\ST Cortex-M3 STM32\STM32 Projects\New\Obj\STM3210E-EVAL.AXF”

Cannot access Memory

I changed the program algorithm from Utilities by selecting 512K flash.

What is the problem… How can I solve this?

Now I noticed that pins of the OSC in and out, there is no clock signal, STM32 can’t start the clock.
