Unresponsive New Blynk Board

I just received a new Blynk board and have been trying to go through your Getting Started page and examples. Although I was able to connect the board to the Blynk servers, the connection seems very unstable because the board frequently becomes unresponsive or starts blinking yellow with the Zebra example.

The board is 15 feet from my router and never had connection issues with any other client devices on that router. Wifi spectrum app shows strong strength.

I’ve redone the provisioning process twice and also reinstalled the app for good measure. Unfortunately, I can no longer re-provision it because it is not responding to the reconfiguration steps (holding the reset button).

The network is 2.4 GHz of course.
