My board house will do V-Scoring for boards at no additional cost and I have 3 PCB designs that I want to order. How do I copy my three board designs onto one .brd file and add the V-Scoring? I’m thinking I would Group>Cut>Paste?
Also, how do I have my mounting holes connected to the GND plane?
Create a new blank brd file, save it. Open your other three designs, and run “panelize.ulp” This makes it so your silkscreen isn’t screwed up. Select everything, and cut everything. Open up the blank brd file, and paste. Repeat for the other two PCB designs. To designate scoring. Just draw a 0mill line on the top layer, and take a screenshot. Designate this as a score and send it along to them.
For mounting holes connecting to ground, just use vias that are renamed to GND.

Can I have scores that do not run across the entire board? I know this is probably a question for the board house and I plan on calling them tomorrow but I might as well ask…
For example: Scores that look like the attached drawing.

No, the V-scoring tool will run right across the panel. If you want to panelise the way you have shown, the boards would beed to be routed, not v-scored.
