What are results of convection toaster oven?

I came across this site after doing a search for toaster oven soldering.

I am going to go this route, but am wondering if anyone has used a convection oven. Specifically I would like to find out if the air flow is too strong so far as moving the devices off their pads.

Any comments would be appreciated.

As long as the fan isn’t blowing directly on the component side of the board in any one spot it should be fine. Solderpaste is amazingly sticky, and small components will be aligned and held in place by the surface tension of the solder. It’s actually pretty cool to watch.
