Why can't I get url tag to work?

I just posted this: viewtopic.php?p=46591 and it doesn’t seem to render the url tag as a link. I checked with the phpBB docs, and it should work like that: http://www.phpbb.com/community/faq.php?mode=bbcode#f40

There’s an extra comma at the end of the link in your other post.

So there is. Interestingly, if I don’t use the tags at all, it renders it into a link, even though the comma is there.
