Wifly Shield with WEP and WPA2-Enterprise

I recently bought a Wifly Shield for a school project and have been having trouble trying to log it into our schools network.

We have two options for our schools wireless network:

  • a WEP encrypted network with a 64 bit passphrase

  • or a WPA2-Enterprise network

The Wifly shield seems like it only supports WEP encrypted networks with a 128 bit passphrase. I was wondering if there was any way to get it to support a 64 bit passphrase.

As for the WPA2-Enterprise, I could not find any information about whether or not the Wifly shield supported it, and if it does support WPA-Enterprise, what are the required settings to use it.

Also, I’m using an Arduino UNO if that matters at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently purchased the wifly shield and it has the most recent version of the software. I think that it is 2.32. You can now connect to a wep-64 router by " set WLAN auth 8 ".
