Will this cause any problem?

An IC has several VCC pins on all its four sides. I supply VCC pins with a trace that runs around the IC on bottom layer. This trace at the bottom layer is very close under the IC pins on top. Will this cause any problem? Thanks

It could cause problems. Each supply pin should be decoupled, and you can’t do that properly with a track like that.

Each supply pin is decoupled. Despite that I am not sure that supply line close to other pins (supply trace on bottom, pins of IC on top layer) will cause problem. Thanks
