I have to do an application with Windows CE for a toch screen. I’m looking for a development kit. Does anibody any suggestion?

For an AVR? None of them will even run Windows CE!

The AVR32 will only run Linux. You’ll need to move to an ARM based system.

A PDA and compiler.

Many of the $75 GPS nav products are such, with touch screen, audio, SD memory slot, etc. Moreso the off-brands. I have one that runs a GPS application but you can easily drop into mobile windows. Most use an ARM9 or such and there’s a GCC compiler for that. Now getting the SDK/libraries from Micro$oft will go after your wallet.
