I see that you have been modifying the boards. I wonder if you have cut through the RX track?

Also, the board is 4-layer and the outer layers are very thin. Please be careful you do not create a short between the outer layers and the inner layers at the cut edge.

Cutting the edge of SparkFun OpenLog Artemis (with IMU) to downsize the device

To downsize the device a little, I cut the edge of the board for just 2-3 millimeters. I have done the cutting for 3 of them, two of them did not work and lost serial communication, while only one of them still worked. I am wondering why this happens. [image] Also, my former colleague did the same cut (probably in 2022), but all of the sensors worked pretty well. I am quite confused about what is happening here.
