Wrong Footprint for WS2812b in EAGLE Library

Hey guys,

i tried to build a PCB with EAGLE and wanted to use WS2812B LEDs.

To get the Footprint i used the Sparkfun-LED Library.

I think the Footprint is wrong. VSS and VDD are swapped around.

Can someone confirm that? And how to tell this Sparkfun?
