Wrong Hole size...

I recently got my order back from batchpcb and everything was great except all the holes to all my boards were much larger than i wanted. Apparently the bot thought that the copper pad surrounding the hole was the actual drill hole (at least that’s what it looks like to me). I’m fairly new to PCB manufacturing so i’m not sure what i did wrong or if it’s something batchpcb did wrong. Here is a scanned image of one of the boards:

Make sure your labeling is correct. I do not know where to find the correct endings for the file names but I’m sure they are somewhere.

thanks for the suggestion, Joeisi. i did just double check to make sure the extensions were correct…they were. the drill file is a .txt file and when i checked all the gerbers in ViewMate the drill holes looked fine.

…still baffled.
