Edit: Nevermind, I was able to successfully do it using Processing

I’m trying to configure two Series 1 Xbees using the Explorer Dongle. I’m on OSX, and trying to use Coolterm to adjust the settings. Whenever I type +++ I get an ‘OK’, but that seems to be the only command that goes through. Any idea what the problem may be? My only thought is that I have yet to solder the RTS to the DIO3 pin on the Dongle, but it doesn’t make sense given that the +++ command is going through.

If your +++ yields an OK, then you seemingly have a valid two-way connection.

You do know that after the “OK”, there’s a timeout such that the next command must come within a few seconds?

Just like ye ole Hayes modem protocol.
