Xbee DIO lines

Hi guys

Quick question, Is it possible to set up a pair of xbees (2.5) so that if a DIO pin is put high/low on one its high/low on the other?

I.e so the pins states are mirrored? It would be really useful to set a pin high when i have finished sending serial data and then my other MC can detect the high pin on the other xbee and grab the data from the queue?

Is this possible?

XBee series 1.

Standard firmware.

Yes but it seems this is not available on 2.5 series. These series 2 appear to be useless compared to the series 1!
