This will sound like a pretty silly request, but please read on…
I have an XBee with an analog sensor attached to pin AD0, and I’m trying to get the data from the sensor straight to an XPort, i.e. no other XBees are involved. Yes, I know it doesn’t make a lot of sense to use a radio transceiver as an expensive ADC chip, but at this point it looks like the easiest and fastest option, given that I already have the XBee, and the code to process the data in XBee packet format.
From a very helpful earlier conversation with sylvie369 (at which point this question was just idle curiosity), I understand that I can’t make use of the IU parameter to get the data where I want it, but I’m wondering if there’s some other solution.
Btw the XBee is a series 1 802.15.4 unit - model XB24-AWI-001, with firmware 10CD.
