XBee Series 1 Bricked?

Hello,

While I was working on my project, I had to remove the XBee shield from my Arduino Mega, and when I placed it back on, I accidentally placed it the entire shield one pin shifted towards the power connector side of the Mega. When I load blank code to the Mega, place the jumpers on USB, and open X-CTU, under COM port setup I only get “Arduino Mega 2560(COM5)”.

Is there something I can do about this?

Never mind.

I tried doing a “Read” on it via X-CTU, although unsuccessful, it somehow reset the settings, and luckily made it usable again.
