Xilinx DLC9 Question

Hi,

Can someone confirm:

that the status LED is lit (on the xilinx USB Cable JTAG)

when the (DLC9, DLC10) platform cable is not connected to any board.

I have the DLC7 and the status LED is orange when connected to the PC but not a target board. The LED changes to Green when connected to a powered target.
