20"x 10" RGB LED matrix panel

I need to make a 20"x10" RGB LED matrix panel for an indoor application. Is it possible to use 4 x RGB LED Matrix Panel - 32x64 (5"x10")? If yes, does it exist a library for Arduino or ESP32 or Raspberry ?
