32x64 RGB LED Matrix with single dead pixel

I hooked up your 32 x 64 panel to a raspberry pi using this library [rpi-rgb-led-matrix and it seems to work well with the exception that one pixel is always dark no matter what I’m sending to the panel.

I assume this is a manufacturing defect, but if there is anything I should specifically test, I’m happy to do that.

I’ve tried just writing images of solid colors and for each of red/green/blue all pixels light up correctly except the dead one.](GitHub - hzeller/rpi-rgb-led-matrix: Controlling up to three chains of 64x64, 32x32, 16x32 or similar RGB LED displays using Raspberry Pi GPIO)

Hello tom_001,

This is most likely a defective LED. Since it is one pixel you could modify the panel to fix it by replacing that LED. However, if you want a replacement then please visit our [Returns Policy to get started.

Thank you for your time and patience.](Return Policy - SparkFun Electronics)
