I bought a 32x64 matrix (COM-14718) and it has a block of 16x16 pixels on the lower left corner where the blue LEDs don’t light.
The red and green, and the blue on the upper half work fine. Only when writing to the B2 input do I get a partial line.
I ordered a replacement from Amazon and that works fine with the same code.
I contacted customer support, but they haven’t replied on the subject.
I know the protocol is to go through the forums first, but it seemed like the display was defective, (confirmed by replacement), so I went directly to customer support.
It’s been two weeks now. Some feedback would be appreciated, one way or another.
